Shipping Terms
SHIPPING
TYLRD offers free delivery in Germany for any order over 50€, in Europe for any order over 75€ and outside Europe for any order over 100€. This offer does not apply during sales periods. We ship worldwide. Our orders are shipped via DHL GoGreen or DPD (climate neutral) with trackable delivery:
Germany (approx. 1-3 business days): DHL Parcel Tracked / 4.90€
EU (approx. 2-5 business days): DHL Parcel Tracked / 10.90€
International (approx. 3-7 business days): DHL Parcel Tracked / 15.90€
DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES
Delivery times are given as an indication. Orders placed after 12:00 am will be shipped the next day. During sales periods deliveries may be delayed due to the large number of orders. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us at order@ty-lrd.com.
RETURNS
Please only return unused and sealed items to us. Unpacked articles are excluded from exchange. Please return to: SAVIS STUDIO LTD, Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London, E14 9NN
If you have a faulty product, please contact us via order@ty-lrd.com and we will provide you with a returns label.
Unfortunately at this stage, we cannot provide returns-label for Domestic, European and International returns. We are working on it.
Please note returns, refunds and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process.
